About The Conley Group Foundation |
As Conley Group employees were being deployed to serve in the Gulf War, Bill Conley quickly recognized a need to help, not only his deployed employees but other Military Personnel serving along their side, get the “comforts of home” in their hands.
Since the first U.S. forces arrived in the Persian Gulf, Conley Group has touched thousands of lives by shipping tons of goods to the War Zone. It was not until 2008 when the Conley Group Foundation, a charitable 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was established by its namesake, Bill Conley.
“While I have been blessed with a generous amount of satisfaction from both my personal life and business careers; I think that my greatest accomplishment is consistently being a “problem solver….and not a problem creator” in my business, my family and in my personal relationships. Helping family, clients, friends and teammates to meet their needs and solve their challenges is its own best reward” says Conley.
One Military Mom wrote: I am not sure why Conley Group supports the troops like they do but as a military mom I want you to know how much it is appreciated. My son is in the Air Force and is in Tech School at Fort Sam Houston and my son-in-law has been in the Air Force for 9 years. He and my daughter and my 3-month-old grandson are stationed in Germany. I know how hard it can be for them to all be away from their family and friends and how good it makes them feel when a group like yours shows so much support to them. On behalf of the other military moms who worry like I do, I can never say thank you enough for your compassion, your efforts, and your time. Thank you!!!!! |
